Met jouw analytische blik vertaal je cijfers naar concrete verbeteringen. Als Regio Controller zorg je voor heldere stuurinformatie, scherpe managementrapportages en financieel inzicht waarmee vestigingen effectief kunnen sturen en verbeteren. Je maakt zichtbare impact binnen de regio Noord-Holland en bent een stevige sparringpartner voor het management en projectleiders.
In deze zelfstandige rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en analyseren van periode-resultaten, het voorbereiden van begrotingen en het inzichtelijk maken van financiële en operationele KPI's. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het lokale Management Team en het controlling team van REMONDIS Smart Infra.
Daarnaast ligt er binnen deze functie een belangrijke uitdaging in het verder professionaliseren van de organisatie en (project)administratie én het integreren van overgenomen bedrijven binnen bestaande processen en systemen.
- Het verzorgen van een juiste, volledige en tijdige financiële- en (project)administratie
- Het opstellen, analyseren en interpreteren van maandelijkse managementrapportages en KPI's
- Het verzorgen van periodieke financiële verantwoordingen richting directie
- Het uitvoeren van controles op de werking van AO/IC-processen
- Procesanalyses en optimalisatie van Business Central (MS Dynamics Navision)

- Een salaris tussen €4.500 en €6.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding

Je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid die makkelijk schakelt met management, projectleiders en collega's binnen de regio. Je kent het klappen van de zweep en weet financiële processen te combineren met een projectmatige manier van werken.
- HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfseconomie, Finance & Control, SPD of Bedrijfskunde
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projectadministraties
- Kunnen communiceren op diverse niveaus in de organisatie
- Ervaring met financiële software en MS Excel
- Ervaring met Business Central (MS Dynamics Navision) is een grote pré
- Nederlands is de voertaal binnen onze organisatie
- Enige kennis van Duits en/of Engels is een pré
