About
Als assistent-controller draag je bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van de financiële administratie en ondersteunende processen binnen onze groeiende organisatie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor een breed takenpakket, variërend van boekhouding en rapportages tot ondersteuning van HR- en order-to-cash processen. Dit vraagt om een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en proactieve aanpak, waarbij je ook kansen ziet om processen te verbeteren.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Dagelijkse boekhouding: verwerken van facturen, beheren van debiteuren en crediteuren, en uitvoeren van betalingen;
- Maand- en jaarafsluiting: ondersteunen bij financiële afsluitingen en het opstellen van rapportages;
- Cashflowbeheer: bijhouden van liquiditeitsprognoses en zorgen voor een betrouwbaar financieel overzicht;
- Procesoptimalisatie en meedenken over het verbeteren en structureren van financiële en administratieve processen;
- Ondersteunen van HR- en order-to-cash processen: fungeren als aanspreekpunt en zorgen voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen afdelingen.

- Salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.000 bruto per maand (fulltime);
- Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever;
- Parttime functie van 24 tot 32 uur per week;
- 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. Fulltime) en 8% vakantiegeld;
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer;
- Deelname aan de SPNG pensioenregeling;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Controller of bredere finance-rol.
We zoeken een nauwkeurige en proactieve Assistent-Controller met een sterke financiële basis en een hands-on mentaliteit.
- Mbo+/hbo-opleiding in finance, accountancy of bedrijfsadministratie;
- Ervaring met boekhouding en financiële administratie;
- Goede Excelvaardigheden en kennis van ERP-systemen (bijv. Exact Globe);
- Communicatief vaardig in Engels; extra talen zijn een plus;
- Beschikbaar voor parttime of fulltime dienstverband binnen kantoortijden.
Dit Nederlands circulair kunststofbedrijf gevestigd in Maastricht ontwikkeld en produceert hoogwaardige, gecertificeerde circulaire polymeren uit complexe afvalstromen zoals industriële big bags, touwen en netten uit de visserij en landbouw. Hiermee helpen wij onze klanten hun CO₂-uitstoot te verlagen en minder afhankelijk te worden van fossiele kunststoffen.
Voor onze groeiende organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een hands-on Assistant Controller die onze financiële, administratieve, order-to-cash en HR-processen ondersteunt.
