Position Highlights: Competitive Guaranteed Salary:
$290,000 base salary guaranteed for 18–24 months, followed by a wRVU-based compensation model (average earnings ~$300,000 annually) Attractive Recruitment Incentives:
$40,000 signing bonus, $10,000 relocation assistance, and a $1,500 monthly educational stipend for residents Outstanding Work-Life Balance:
4-day workweek promotes flexibility and quality of life Loan Repayment Support:
