Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un *Administrateur Système & Réseau (H/F)* pour renforcer notre équipe technique. Vous interviendrez auprès de nos clients professionnels, en collaboration avec l'équipe en place et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Technique (N+1), dans un environnement orienté qualité de service, bonnes pratiques et montée en compétences.

*Systèmes & postes de travail*
* Installation, configuration et maintenance des postes et serveurs Windows
* Gestion des mises à jour, correctifs et bonnes pratiques systèmes
* Administration Active Directory
*Microsoft 365*
* Administration des environnements M365 : Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
* Participation aux migrations et déploiements
*Réseau & cybersécurité*
* Installation et configuration de routeurs, Wi-Fi et VPN
* Gestion d'environnements réseau : TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall
* Déploiement Antivirus / Antispam, notions EDR
* Sensibilisation des utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques
*Projets techniques*
* Participation aux audits, migrations, déploiements et évolutions d'infrastructure
* Interventions sur site et à distance
*Suivi & documentation*
* Rédaction de documentation technique
* Suivi et traçabilité des interventions (ticketing)
*Profil recherché*
* Formation Bac+2 / Bac+3 en informatique (BTS SIO, DUT, Licence) avec expérience terrain
* Première expérience significative de 2 à 3 ans en environnement IT
* Bonnes connaissances :
* Windows Server & Active Directory
* Microsoft 365
* Réseaux : TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN
* Autonomie, rigueur et sens du service client
* Envie d'apprendre et d'évoluer
* Permis B exigé (permis scooter apprécié)
