Job Summary (List Format) – Central Sales Strategy Manager (Remote)
Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive topline revenue across a portfolio of Select Service hotels.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities through data analysis, targeted prospecting, and collaboration with internal partners.
Ensure alignment of commercial strategies across Central Revenue, Field Marketing, and Central Sales teams.
Optimize portfolio performance by evaluating key metrics, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify and act on growth opportunities.
Guide the strategic planning process by developing and executing Strategic Revenue Plans that deliver proactive, measurable results.
Provide strategic direction and insights to Group & BT Sales Specialists for consistent execution of sales initiatives.
Leverage market and economic insights to anticipate demand shifts and recommend tactical adjustments to sustain performance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by serving as a liaison between Central Services and hotel teams, promoting communication and sharing best practices.
Model and champion Hyatt’s values, cultivating a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
Utilize industry-standard sales and analytics tools (e.g., CoStar, Envision, TravelClick) to inform decision-making.
Apply advanced knowledge of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization principles.
Required experience includes business development, sales strategy, and commercial planning in hospitality or travel industry, with a strong understanding of Select Service hotel operations and sales (Group & Transient).
Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration and influence across diverse, cross-functional teams.
