About

IMPACT OF THIS ROLE: Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping to build the company brand and lead generation and maximize conversions. Utilizing mostly digital channels, including but not limited to website, SEO, paid search and ads, content syndication, and social media.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Develop digital programs that tie to global strategic initiatives and priorities but are adapted for a local market.
Execute digital marketing programs, including social media advertising, display ads, SEO, SEM and PPC.
Ensure that all digital marketing strategies align with ideal customer persona’s preferences and make recommendations based on these preferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product and service delivery, to ensure marketing and business objectives are met.
Create, manage and launch multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of our message across all channels and motivating our target audience to "take action".
Lead interactions with external digital marketing agencies and/or contractors, and develop goals for the external entities that support internal marketing objectives and KPIs, ensuring alignment.
Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines and processes.
Manage the ongoing development of the website by maximizing opportunities for user growth and demand generation, ensuring content is relevant to different buyer personas and providing best user experience.
Deliver regular and ongoing monitoring, reporting and analysis on digital marketing activities and channels’ performance against defined goals; leverage insights and analytics.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Experienced in using digital marketing tools, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO and SEM tools, and paid advertising programs through Google Ads, Bing, and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement.
3+ years of digital marketing manager experience, including knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Demonstrable experience of website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices.
Comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
Analytical with strong creative mindset.
Comfortable with contributing to overarching marketing strategy with the ability to shift to tactical execution.
WHAT YOU HAVE:
Degree in marketing, business or relevant field.
Advanced marketing certifications from schools or martech platforms (preferable).
