This is an opportunity to join a professional kitchen team within a busy hospitality environment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chef with a passion for food and a desire to further develop their career.
Responsibilities of a Chef de Partie: Prepare, cook and present food to the required standards and specifications.
Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen during service.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Ensure all food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety and HACCP procedures.
Monitor food quality, portion control and presentation standards. xyswxtq
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
