Division/Program: Fresno CRT

Starting Compensation: 37.26 USD Per Hour

Working Location: Fresno, CA

Working Hours/Shift: 8 hours per week (weekdays), with a hybrid arrangement of 4 hours on-site and 4 hours remote. Flexible days and hours available.

What You Bring:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an accredited college or university
  • Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults
  • Two (2) years supervising direct care staff, in a health care setting preferred.
  • California BBS licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D required.
  • Two (2) years LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Psy.D post-licensure preferred.
  • Valid California Driver's License preferred plus eligibility to meet agency driving criteria

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines assigned staff.
  • Provides ongoing in-service training and continuing education on a regular basis for recovery counselors and for other clinical staff, as needed.
  • Establishes and maintains an on-going relationship with county agencies, health care facilities, placement centers and other resources necessary to affect the continuum of care for clients returning to the community.
  • Prepares, maintains, reviews, and assists in revisions, at least annually, the policy and procedures of the program department.
  • Ensures orientation, annual education, in-service training, and continuing education for clinical staff members will meet regulatory compliance as well as lead to program and staff growth.
  • Directs, coordinates, and maximizes the integration and cooperation of programs with other services and local community resources by facilitating collaborations and partnerships between representatives of the County, contract providers, and non-profit agencies.
