About

What You Will Do
Support design and development of transmitters, receivers or exciters. Experience designing and optimizing RF circuits – either chains of components (receiver, exciter, etc.) or individual parts (filters, limiters, couplers, etc.). Work in a lab to accomplish component characterization as well as module verification and integration of sensitive RF hardware. Support design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals. Schematic capture and detailed design. Provide engineering support through participation in project design reviews, peer reviews, briefings to internal leadership and external customers for all phases of development tasks. Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and less than two years of prior relevant experience. Experience with RF circuit card testing and troubleshooting. Electronics and electromagnetics coursework. Analog or RF design coursework. Laboratory experience with electronics. Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. Qualifications We Prefer
ABET accreditation preferred, although not required. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired. Solid background and practical understanding of RF electronics design considerations. Experience with any of the following tools: Mentor Xpedition xDX Designer, System Vision, MATLAB, MathCad, Computer Simulation Technologies (CST), Microwave Design Studio, High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) and Advanced Design System (ADS). Security Clearance Requirements
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. A DoD Secret clearance is required prior to start date. Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start. What We Offer
Relocation may be offered based on candidate eligibility. Salary range: 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
