About

Overview Effector RF Design Department seeks RF Design professionals to contribute to detailed design, simulation, product development, and initial product testing for radar and datalink applications on tactical missile programs. This onsite role is located at US-AZ-TUCSON-M02 1151 E Hermans Rd BLDG M02.
What You Will Do
Support design and development of transmitters, receivers, or exciters.
Design and optimize RF circuits, both as chains of components and individual parts.
Characterize components and verify modules in a lab environment.
Support circuit card assembly design with RF or mixed signals.
Capture schematics and perform detailed design.
Participate in design reviews, peer reviews, briefings to internal leadership and external customers throughout all development phases.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Less than two years of relevant experience, including but not limited to: RF circuit card testing and troubleshooting, electronics and electromagnetics coursework, analog or RF design coursework, laboratory experience with electronics.
Ability to obtain interim U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start.
Qualifications We Prefer
ABET accreditation or 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Solid background in RF electronics design principles.
Experience with Mentor Xpedition xDX Designer, System Vision, MATLAB, MathCad, CST, Microwave Design Studio, HFSS, ADS.
What We Offer Salary range: 57,200 USD – 108,800 USD.
