Driving top-of-funnel growth, the full-time remote Sales Development Manager will lead the SDR team to optimize outreach strategies, develop early-career sales talent, and deliver measurable revenue impact. Key responsibilities
Motivate, coach, and mentor SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals while ensuring they articulate the company's value proposition effectively Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to produce high-quality opportunities, collaborating with Marketing and Sales Leadership Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable feedback to enhance prospecting efficiency
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience managing SDR teams in a SaaS healthcare organization with a proven record of success Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience managing a remote team Track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline creation Excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, passionate about developing early-career sales professionals Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to achieve joint success
