We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Brokerage Operations team in Dallas. In this role, you will provide high-level support to commercial real estate brokerage professionals while gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of the business. You will collaborate with brokers, research, marketing, finance, and fellow coordinators to drive the overall success of our office. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set across marketing, operations, finance, and administration. Business Operations and Marketing
Manage and maintain property listings across platforms including CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and Hightower Design and produce marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, presentations, and pitch decks Create professional client deliverables such as market surveys, tour books, competitive analyses, and proposals Conduct market research to support business development and client engagement initiatives Prepare transaction documents including Requests for Proposals, Letters of Intent, renewal correspondence, and leasing status reports Coordinate and support industry events, client meetings, open houses, and networking functions Update and maintain the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of prospects, clients, and transaction pipeline Distribute marketing campaigns via email and other channels to targeted audiences
Finance and Administrative
Process and track broker expense reports in compliance with JLL Travel & Entertainment policy Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, printing, binding, and conference room setup Support broker technology needs and coordinate travel arrangements Manage general office operations to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality
What We're Looking For: A proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a collaborative mindset. Experience with design tools, CRM platforms, and real estate listing databases is a plus. A passion for learning and adapting to technology, including AI tools, will set you up for success in this role. Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications: Required
Minimum 1+ years of experience providing administrative or operational support to multiple professionals, preferably in commercial real estate, professional services, or a related industry Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software platforms and JLL's proprietary systems Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with ability to create and edit marketing materials
Preferred
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented with a continuous learning mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading and editing abilities High level of discretion when handling confidential information Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity Positive attitude with flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
