About
Responsibilities
Prospect new clients, set up group enrollments, and close sales using our proprietary CRM.
Within the first 30 days become proficient in prospecting, follow‑up, and referral generation.
Shift focus over time from new client acquisition to servicing existing clients and leveraging referrals for growth.
Participate in regular business reviews and goal‑setting sessions to track progress and improve performance.
Qualifications & Experience
No prior insurance or sales experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with business owners and self‑employed professionals.
Ability to work independently and manage a schedule efficiently.
