What You'll Do:
Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiriesSet and confirm appointments for the sales teamFollow up aggressively with unsold prospectsMaintain consistent communication via phone, text, and emailWork closely with sales managers to maximize show rates and sold unitsLog all activity accurately in the CRM
What We're Looking For:
REQUIRED:Strong phone skills and ability to build rapport quicklyHigh sense of urgency and follow-up disciplineAbility to handle high lead volume (calls, texts, emails daily)Positive attitude with a competitive mindsetMust be reliable and accountable
