This role will also involve occasional coverage for other inbound SDRs who are out of office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is essential for success in this role./ppstrongWhat Will I Be Doing?/strong/pulliRespond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone calls and chat./liliEngage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers./liliSchedule product demonstrations and meetings with Account Executives (AEs) and Solution Engineers (SEs) based on prospect interest and qualification./liliMaintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)./liliCollaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and transitions for qualified leads./liliOccasionally cover for other inbound SDRs during absences or peak times./liliMeet quarterly quota targets for qualified demos completed./li/ulpstrongSkills
