Field Service Agent/Desktop Support Engineer
Knowledge of trouble shooting of desktops, Printers Working experience in warehouse, Distribution center Basic Knowledge of network trouble shooting Knowledge of Service Now tool
Roles & Responsibilities Point of Contact for Shepherdsville location Train all new onboards on Clientkesson knowledge and procedures as well as proprietary software(scale server) Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment. Daily routine checkup of all printers in warehouse (300) and workstations (156) provide Maintenance and disposal of asset and tracking the inventory of the End user devices Deploy EUC devices and Equipment with the defined SLA. Troubleshoot and fix issues with laptops, printers and Mobile. IT Stockroom Management respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues and management of escalations handle customers' complaints and ensure customer satisfaction during closure. work closely with the operations team at Shepherdsville and provide guidance as to technical issues how to avoid them. also provide guidance on how to make operations more efficient from a technological point.
