You will be joining a team that is growing with purpose, working on some of the most technically demanding and high-profile projects in the sector. The Role As an Architectural Technician, you will play a central role in the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, engineers, and wider design teams to produce high-quality technical documentation and BIM outputs across all project stages. You will be working on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, with a significant focus on Data Centre developments. If you thrive in a technically demanding environment where precision and quality are paramount, this could be the role for you. Your responsibilities will include: Production and coordination of Revit models across project stages Preparation and management of technical drawing packages and documentation Supporting BIM standards, protocols, and information management processes Coordinating with consultants and contractors to resolve technical queries Carrying out clash detection and contributing to model integrity Assisting in the production of specifications, schedules, and construction-stage information Requirements A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline 3+ years' relevant industry experience Strong Revit proficiency is essential over 90% of the practice's output is Revit-based, and candidates must be confident, capable, and experienced Revit users Solid technical knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and documentation across project stages Experience in or exposure to Data Centre or large-scale commercial projects would be a distinct advantage Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality output Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team What's on Offer Competitive salary A structured and supportive working environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance The opportunity to work on technically challenging, large-scale Data Centre and commercial projects A team culture built on mutual respect, high standards, and professional growth The backing and resources of a 200+ person pan-European practice with ambitious growth plans
