Managing operations for a compliance program, the full-time Project Manager for Software Engineering will oversee workstreams, coordinate with an offshore team of developers, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Own the rhythm of business for the program, including planning, tracking inventory, and running program operations Work closely with the Lead Developer on the offshore team to align with development goals Maintain visibility by overseeing reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues that may impact delivery
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager supporting software engineering teams, including offshore developers Experience managing software development workstreams, including task tracking and delivery reporting Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
