What's Cooking Working across Dublin's busiest hotels, events, and hospitality venues Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to consistent standards Supporting busy kitchen teams during peak service and large-scale functions Adapting quickly to different menus, venues, and service styles Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards What We're Looking For Previous chef experience is essential Experience in hotels, events, or high-volume kitchens is a strong advantage Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-energy environments Strong culinary skills with attention to presentation and consistency Valid Food Safety Level 2 (HACCP) and Manual Handling certificates required Flexible, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running Driving licence is a bonus but not essential What's on Offer A busy, varied, and exciting summer season across Dublin Strong hours available across multiple venues and events Flexible shift patterns (days, evenings, weekends) Competitive hourly rates Immediate starts available Opportunity to work across some of Dublin's top hospitality and event locations If you're a chef who thrives in energetic kitchens and wants a summer packed with variety and opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
