Maintenance Technician Do you enjoy diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on advanced industrial equipment? Productivity, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-precision CNC machine tools and automation systems at customer facilities throughout the region. What You’ll Do Travel to customer sites throughout Iowa to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines Perform machine installations and setup Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams What You Bring 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful) Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Willingness to travel/drive locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month Acceptable driving record Compensation and Benefits $30 - $39/hour DOE, plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews Full-time, Monday – Friday, with occasional overtime Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting Day 1 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off: Vacation, Holidays, and Personal Days Extensive training provided to support your growth Company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, and credit card for work-related travel and expenses Toolbox and appropriate test equipment provided Why Join Productivity Inc?
