Responsibilities:
Drafting wills, trusts, and estate planning documents Assisting with probate and trust administration matters Meeting with clients Conducting legal research Supporting other attorneys in case preparation and client communications Appear in court for probate matters
Qualifications:
Licensed California attorney Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with care Compassionate, client-focused, and comfortable working with families from all walks of life Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team-oriented personality who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
