About
The Advice Data & Analytics Director/Executive leads all data‑related functions within MyAdvice, ensuring that data stewardship, analytics, segmentation, and data science teams align with enterprise goals and provide insights to physicians and healthcare providers. Responsibilities
Lead the Data Strategy & Analytics organization, including data science, segmentation, and business data stewardship. Identify, evaluate, and integrate internal, third‑party, and external data sources. Build and maintain business data stewardship artifacts such as data dictionaries, business rules, metadata, and data lineage. Partner with enterprise data teams to align with MagMutual’s architecture, governance, security, and standards. Develop analytics frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, predictive models, and AI‑enabled solutions. Translate business objectives into actionable data requirements and insights. Manage cross‑functional analytics initiatives with research, risk strategy, marketing, actuarial, and product teams. Champion agile principles across analytics initiatives and promote adaptive, collaborative project delivery. Ensure highest standards of data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics functions. Build and mature the analytics and data science competency within MyAdvice. Represent MyAdvice analytics, communicating strategic insights and business impact. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS Analytics, Data Science, or similar) preferred. 10+ years of leadership experience in analytics, data science, BI, or insights functions; experience in healthcare, insurance, or risk management preferred. Strong expertise in data governance, data quality, and enterprise data strategy. Demonstrated ability to source, evaluate, and integrate internal and external data for strategic use. Proven experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes. Experience mentoring senior analytics talent and building high‑performing teams. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to lead the team through change, shifting priorities, and new challenges. Experience implementing AI responsibly to drive efficiency and insights highly desirable. Ability to influence complex, matrixed organizations and align analytics strategy with enterprise goals.
