Key Responsibilities Perform system-level debug and root-cause analysis for server motherboard platforms. Create and execute validation plans, test procedures, and diagnostic activities. Work closely with hardware, BIOS, firmware, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues. Improve test processes through automation and workflow enhancements. Support product quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline. 5–10 years of experience in hardware validation, board debug, or server platform testing. Strong knowledge of server hardware platforms. Experience using debug and diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related lab equipment. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with scripting languages for automation. Background supporting manufacturing test environments or production validation. Familiarity with quality processes, reliability testing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
