Skills: Need someone with very strong skills within MSP and Black Knight platform which includes MSP and LoanSphere products. In-depth knowledge or servicing from mortgage, default, consumer collection (recovery, collection, etc). To have at least 5 years of management experience/prior leadership should have heavy focus on BA analysis and testing management or come from PM background. Needs someone that has experience in building new teams (templates, processes, meeting w/ business line owners to communicate what the team does and be able to sell the team). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will put together decks). In depth knowledge or TFS and Jira. College degree is nice to have but not required. Need someone w/ thick skin, ability to manage up and down. REALLY can't have folks that are sensitive and need to have a lot of hand holding. Project: Replacing the recovery system for consumer (ER) and the acquisition (someone that has exp in handling big bank acquisition- Somaya was handling the testing for this so this resource needs to be comfortable here). This all means high priority, high stress, lots of eyes on this initiative, etc... The reason this is so huge is b/c this is the first bank acquisition that Biden administration.
