About

To support data initiatives at the intersection of data engineering, business intelligence, and applied AI, the full-time Analytics Engineer will build scalable data solutions, enable advanced analytics, and support healthcare data reporting while working remotely from Los Angeles, CA. Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts aligned with CMS-driven logic Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Databricks and integrate data from various sources Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, for self-service analytics
Required qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering within healthcare or managed care environments Proven experience designing and developing analytic-ready datasets and enterprise DataMarts Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Lake, or Snowflake Strong proficiency in SQL for managing large, complex datasets Experience using Python for data processing and analytics workflows
