Store Managers Average Total: $60,000
Base: $46,800/Bonus $13,200
Bonus eligible after 90 days
Insurance cost of $15 per week

Previous retail, convenience store, or food service management experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Solid understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and daily store operations
Basic computer skills, including POS systems, email, and reporting tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast paced environment
