About

Were working with a growing fintech organisation seeking an experienced Product Owner to join their Product & Innovation function during a period of expansion. This role will play an important part in driving the development and delivery of customer-led solutions within a fast-paced environment. This opportunity combines product ownership with client interaction and solution support, sitting at the intersection of customers, commercial teams, and engineering. Remote Opportunity occasional travel to sites in Kerry & Dublin Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to gather and interpret business and technical needs Convert requirements into structured user stories, epics, and clear acceptance criteria Take ownership of backlog management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Partner with engineering teams to guide delivery and ensure quality outcomes Contribute to solution design, including scoping, estimation, and feasibility reviews Support product planning, including defining MVPs and release content Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders Experience Required: Minimum 5 years experience in a Product Owner role, ideally within fintech or payments Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate business requirements into deliverables Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience Key Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Customer-focused approach to product development Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting This is a great opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation where your input will directly influence product direction and customer experience.
