About
Preferred Bachelor’s of Nursing 3+ years of clinical nursing experience. Primary care nursing &/or Specialty care experience preferred.1+ years of leadership/management including process improvement and change management experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. ● An ability to be flexible and adaptable in day to day job duties as the primary care RN role evolves ● An interest in self-motivation and self-learning ● Proficient in advocating for MA and RN clinical support roles as they pertain to primary care patient centered care ● Strong understanding of the value of RN role on an integrated primary care team ● Ability to interact frequently with Clinic Manager, Practice Administrators, Executive Director of Operations and RN Manager (update to appropriate title) ● Regular attendance to perform work on site during regularly scheduled business hours or scheduled shifts is required ● Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions Location: Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $36.71 - $56.17
