We are seeking an outgoing, motivated Entry-Level Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career with a publicly traded company. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to merchants to conduct customer service surveys Clearly communicate company products/services and generate interest Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team Manage web generated leads to provide to sales team Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent What We Offer
