Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js/Python and related frameworks. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to implement new features. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in a microservices architecture. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging. Contribute to technical decisions, architecture design, and process improvements. Deploy and monitor services in cloud environments (AWS/GCP). Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of professional backend development experience. Strong proficiency in at least one of: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Go. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and version control (Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have:
Experience with serverless architectures or event-driven systems. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio. Benefits:
