Site Manager Fit-Out & Construction | Cavan (Leinster/Ulster projects) A well-established fit-out and construction contractor based in Cavan is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of projects from site set-up through to handover. This is a key hire for someone who runs a tight site, drives programme, and delivers high-quality finishes safely and efficiently. The Role Manage day-to-day site operations, logistics, and subcontractor supervision Drive the programme, coordinate trades, and ensure milestones are met Maintain high standards of quality/finish; manage snagging through to close-out Lead site safety: inductions, RAMS, toolbox talks, and compliance with safe systems of work Coordinate materials, deliveries, and plant to avoid downtime Keep accurate site records: daily diaries, progress updates, reports and photos Liaise with Project Managers, design teams, clients and suppliers to resolve issues quickly Manage short-term lookaheads and ensure readiness for upcoming works Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out and/or construction projects Strong finishing background with a quality-first approach Solid knowledge of H&S and site compliance (RAMS, permits, reporting) Ability to plan works, manage subcontractors, and maintain momentum on fast-track programmes Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid Safe Pass (and SMSTS/SSSTS desirable) Whats on Offer Competitive salary + package (DOE) Long-term role with a strong pipeline of work Opportunity to take ownership of projects and progress within the business
