Are you interested in starting a meaningful career in healthcare and making a difference in people's lives? We are offering a FREE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program designed to help you gain the skills and certification needed to begin a rewarding career in healthcare.
This program provides hands-on training, classroom instruction, and support through the state testing process to help you become a licensed CNA in Washington State.
What You'll Learn:- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support residents during meals, social activities, and appointments
- Monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes in condition
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure quality care
- Create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
- Prepare resident rooms and ensure residents are comfortable and safe
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team
- Must pass a background check
- Must attend registration and 100% of scheduled classes
- Training must be completed in person
- Classes are held Monday Thursday beginning at 8:30 AM.
- Our team will also assist you with the state testing process and applying for your Washington CNA license.

Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of a 10th-grade education.
- 18 years old
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Effectively communicate necessary resident information to Charge Nurses, Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
- CPR certified preferred but not required
