- 37 Hours per week Werea housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas.Wereambitious with plans to build more homes, regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We now have a vacancy for an Asset Data Analystto join our Asset and Development team. You willbe responsible formaintaininghigh-quality housing asset information to support safe,compliantand value-for-money investment decisions. The role manages and improves asset datasets (e.g., stock condition,componentlifecycles,complianceand energy data), produces insight and reporting for operational teams and leadership, and supports robust data governance across asset management systems.
