Position Responsibilities: Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Diagnostics projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and technical inquiries. Facilitate communication between engineering teams, management, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership” 5+ years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time domestically
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement 2+ years of management of a technical team or 5+ years of electrical engineering experience Experience as a CAM (cost account manager) in EVM (earned value management) Experience in supporting proposals or contracts with US Government

Summary pay range:
$141,100 - $190,900
