Overview
We are seeking a
Lead QA / Testing Coordinator
to oversee testing efforts at a program level during a Salesforce and Oracle transition. This role is not about leading QA testers directly, but rather coordinating and managing testing across platforms, integrations, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead program-level testing efforts for Salesforce and Oracle transitions. Design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated). Perform API and integration testing across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud. Oversee testing of customer journey workflows (browse → cart → checkout → payment → fulfillment). Validate Salesforce data migration and downstream Oracle integration (billing, invoicing, GL). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Manage test documentation and defect tracking using tools such as Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or HP ALM. Required Skills
Strong background in
Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud)
and/or
Oracle testing . Experience with
eCommerce platforms
(Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify). Knowledge of
payment gateways, OMS, inventory workflows, subscription billing models, cancellations/returns, promo pricing, taxation, and global retail transactions . Familiarity with
ERP workflows
(finance, supply chain, HR modules). Experience with
middleware tools
(MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization. Strong understanding of
quote-to-cash processes
and sales enablement workflows. Excellent communication and coordination skills to lead testing at a program level.
