Role Overview We are looking for a scrappy, high quality AI Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain executive level AI demos and proofs of value. This role focuses on rapidly prototyping AI concepts into polished, digestible demo experiences that showcase how customers use ServiceNow products. Success in this role requires strong front end instincts, fast iteration, and the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear, executive ready experiences. This is not a traditional platform development role, it's a demo first, innovation oriented engineering role. What You'll Do • Build and maintain AI powered demos and POCs for executive and customer audiences • Develop front end experiences using modern JavaScript, with a strong emphasis on Lit.js • Implement full stack solutions that integrate agentic AI / GenAI capabilities • Rapidly prototype "happy path" demo flows that clearly communicate value • Maintain and improve demo quality over time (not just one off builds) • Collaborate closely with a small, highly collaborative innovation team • Document demo flows and make them easy for others to understand and reuse • Build demos and POCs that may later be handed off to other teams, with enough structure and documentation to support that transition Required (Must Have) Skills • Strong front end JavaScript experience; Lit.js experience is highly preferred • Full stack development experience (front end + backend) • Hands on experience with GenAI / agentic AI concepts oe.g., LLM integrations, prompt driven workflows, chat or widget based AI experiences • Ability to build working demos quickly and iterate based on feedback
Nice to Have • Prior ServiceNow development experience • Experience with executive demos, sales demos, or innovation labs • Strong documentation habits
