Sutton Ford is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Advisor to support our expanding Mobile Service Department. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the automotive dealership industry. The Mobile Service Advisor helps coordinate mobile vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while ensuring excellent communication with customers throughout the service process. Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate mobile service appointments Communicate with customers regarding service needs and appointment details Prepare and manage repair orders Coordinate technician schedules and routing Monitor appointment flow and customer updates Assist with follow-up communication and customer satisfaction Work closely with service management, technicians, and parts personnel Help grow the dealership's mobile service business Follow up with Service leads provided by management. Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Professional attitude and appearance Automotive experience is helpful but not required Valid driver's license required What We Offer
