Job Description Job Description The Experienced Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles, including general automotive and construction machinery. Working within a small, collaborative maintenance team, this role ensures operational efficiency through hands-on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely parts replacement. While bilingual skills are a plus, they are not required. The mechanic will work in a dynamic environment that combines indoor and outdoor tasks, with no travel required. Responsibilities
Perform equipment maintenance and vehicle repair Replace parts as needed to ensure optimal performance Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively Manage and maintain tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance No technical certification in automotive or heavy equipment repair required, but a plus Experience operating heavy equipment Skills in mechanical repair and use of diagnostic tools Strong troubleshooting abilities Effective time management and teamwork skills
