We're hiring motivated individuals who want more than just a job. In this role, you'll receive hands-on training, real-world sales experience, and employer-paid preparation for your state Property & Casualty license, all while earning a competitive salary. Job Duties:
- Prepare for and obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license (company-sponsored).
- Conduct business-to-business outreach via phone, email, and qualified lead sources.
- Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Accurately complete insurance applications and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update Applied EPIC systems with details, accurate information.
- Provide professional communication and support to clients and internal teams.
- Follow established processes, templates, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license (contingent offer applies).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment.
