Job Description
*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote assistance and first-level troubleshooting for CNC machinery used in stone, wood, and glass processing. The role focuses on quickly identifying issues, guiding customers toward solutions, and minimizing downtime.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide phone and remote support to customers experiencing technical issues.
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software problems and guide users through solutions.
* Escalate complex issues to field service engineers when needed.
* Support customers with machine operation and basic maintenance.
* Document support activities and solutions provided.
Pay: £32,397.41-£63,318.48 per year
