What You'll Do
As a CSR, you'll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a seamless and positive experience:
- Deliver a welcoming and professional experience in every interaction
- Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Guide customers through their journeyfrom first visit to ongoing support
- Partner with the sales team to help drive revenue
- Assist with follow-ups, outreach, and customer engagement
- Support promotions, events, and in-store initiatives
- Help customers understand financing options and payment plans
- Assist with credit applications and transactions
- Provide solutions-oriented support for account questions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Use POS systems and tools efficiently
- Support daily store operations and team collaboration
