Licensed Massage Therapist

Our compensation is 24% above the highest-paying massage employers nearby. We offer dental, vision, life, supplemental, and even pet insurance. Average total compensation of $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for full-time LMT's. Base rate of $20 to $25 per 50-minute Swedish massage. Uncapped commission structure of $3 to $9 per 50-minute massage. Tips average 18% to 25% of the nonmember price. The average tip for our base service is $20-$30, and it increases with upgrades.

As a Massage Therapist, you will maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance. Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience. Follow our "Key Ingredients" standard to educate and empower clients. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars.

Compensation: $45.00 - $75.00 per hour
