Appropriately delegate tasks to Customer Service Representatives and follow-up as necessary./liliComplete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management./liliAssume responsibility for special assignments and projects as needed./li/ulpIf you are a natural leader with a passion for providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity./ph3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred./liliSuccessful completion of store training./liliPrevious experience supervising others, preferred./liliMust be at least 18 years old./liliComputer literacy./liliFood service experience preferred, ideally in a managerial role./liliServSafe certification preferred or successful completion of certification within 2 months of hire./liliFocus on customer service and commitment to teamwork./liliEffective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with employees, customers, and vendors./liliEthical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive, and patient./liliAbility to lift to 50 lbs./liliReliable transportation./liliAbility to work all shifts, weekends and holidays as needed by the business, as well as work the site alone, as required./li/ulpWorking Conditions:/pulliRetail environment with occasional exposure to working conditions including dust, extreme temperatures, and potential contact with petroleum and/or cleaning products, etc./liliSpend much of the shift standing with frequent bending and lifting./liliIn inclement weather conditions, employees may be expected to assist with efforts to maintain full store operations./li/ul/div
