- Track and record sales in the CRM, and manage key accounts and strategic clients (hospitals, clinic networks).
- Meet individual targets and basic KPIs (sales volume, visits, active clients).
- Analyze market indicators and trends to anticipate opportunities and risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes.
- Mentor JR an'd PL representatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Skills:
- Previous experience with silicone implants.
- Understanding of medical sales KPIs (volume, active clients, visits).
- Proficiency in strategic account and portfolio management in CRM.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor indicators.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and implant traceability.
- Basic SAP
