About
Configure and support PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, and PingDirectory environments.
Set up IdP/SP integrations, policies, authentication flows, and access controls.
Manage application onboarding and SSO integrations across enterprise platforms.
Handle access token configuration, authorization policies, and certificate renewals.
Monitor IAM KPIs, dashboards, alerts, and system health.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and application access issues.
Support ServiceNow incidents, requests, and operational activities.
Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation using PagerDuty.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and reliable IAM operations.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with:
PingFederate
PingAccess
PingOne SSO
PingDirectory
Strong understanding of SSO technologies and protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Experience configuring IdP/SP connections, adapters, policies, selectors, and contract mappings.
Knowledge of access token management, OIDC policies, and authorization rules.
Experience with Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and monitoring solutions.
Programming knowledge in Java/Python and scripting using ARM Templates and Ansible.
Working knowledge of RDBMS/SQL databases.
Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and analytical skills.
