Copier Exchange International is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! We are a copier company that sells copiers across the United States, with occasional international exports. We're looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Carrollton, TX.
This is a heavy phone role with a strong focus on cold calling
— you'll be dialing new dealers daily to build our book of business, plus working warm leads and existing accounts. If you're comfortable on the phone and motivated by hitting daily activity goals, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily, including significant cold calling
to prospective copier dealers across the U.S. Hit daily call volume and activity targets consistently Prospect and build a pipeline of new dealer accounts from scratch Handle inbound sales calls and grow existing dealer relationships Quote pricing, answer product questions, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders ship accurately and on time Follow up on quotes and leads to convert prospects into repeat customers Keep accurate records of calls, quotes, and orders in our system Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints What We're Looking For: Comfortable with cold calling.
This is not a role for someone who shies away from the phone Persistence and the ability to bounce back from rejection Strong phone presence and communication skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive to hit daily call and sales goals Good work ethic — shows up, dials, and gets after it every day Basic computer skills (email, CRM, spreadsheets) Sales or cold calling experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude Reliable and punctual ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Bilingual is a plus Deadline and detail-oriented What We Offer: Competitive pay: Base + Commission Paid holidays Paid time off (sick and vacation) Stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule On-site role with a tight-knit team and real earning potential
