The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) provides support to assigned sales representatives while training to become an outside Account Manager. He/she will be responsible for learning FORTE business and sales practices, AV products and services and master effective sales skills by completing the comprehensive ISR training program. This person will also be responsible for processing sales, creating sales campaigns through SalesForce.com, handling requests for Bid proposals, participating in an ISS Special Team, coordinating customer and manufacturer events, and working to grow sales profits. It is expected that individuals in this position will obtain significant training and self-development with the goal of enabling her/him to qualify for a position as an FORT Account Manager within 1- 1
years. Qualifications
Self-driven individual who thrives on success and strengths over competitors. An outgoing personality, resilience, and good listening skills are a must. Additional required skills include a high school education, good verbal and written communication skills, and organized working skills. Computer literacy skills and basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, slide show creation, and a CRM platform. Face-to-face communication skills and customer relation building skills are vital to success in this position. Ability to write effective, meaningful correspondence, confidently present information and respond to questions from sales representatives and customers. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, as well as common sales calculations of profit margins and markups. Ability to initiate and hold strategic conversations with customers Ability to coordinate and cooperate with varying departments to deliver sales presentations Ability to be a self-starter, self-learner, and driven by set goals. Ability to maintain confidentiality about account and company sales strategies, sales leads and opportunities as well as client and contact information. Why Should You Apply?
