JOB OVERVIEW Join the OneHydraulics Green Team as an Inside Sales professional in a fast-paced, quickly growing company with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders. You would be responsible for order monitoring and processing with the Inside Sales team, basic data entry, assisting customers with order placement and resolving issues.
JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide ridiculously good customer service by answering incoming calls and responding promptly to email and chat requests. Generate and deliver accurate quotes to customers. Efficiently entering sales orders. Process payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts. Proactively follow up on order status, including tracking and delivery updates, to ensure customer satisfaction. Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Maintain an insatiable curiosity to learn, adapt, and expand your product knowledge and sales expertise.

WORKING SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (In-person, not remote)
COMPENSATION: Pay Commensurate with Experience
