The Terry-Durin Company is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join their sales team in Fort Collins, CO. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager and plays a pivotal part in driving sales through effective lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office, helping to streamline order processing and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities Generate and qualify sales leads to build a strong sales pipeline Conduct customer outreach via phone, email, and other channels Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively Manage and update customer information using CRM software Prepare and deliver quotes to prospective clients Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Skilled in Microsoft Office applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective time management abilities Accurate data entry skills Company Description Family-owned distributor that's been in business over 100 years.
