About

Our client is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager whose values align with a holistic, lifestyle-focused approach to financial planning. This position will play a key role in supporting the continued development of the planning function and leading a high-performing paraplanning team. Key Responsibilities: Support the creation and ongoing management of a paraplanning team working closely with Financial Planners Deliver on objectives set by the Head of Financial Planning, with a particular focus on team performance and outcomes Develop and implement effective processes to improve productivity and maintain compliance standards across the Planning team Act as a key point of communication between the paraplanning and planning teams to ensure consistency across the business Contribute to the ongoing development of the planning function through training and mentoring initiatives Attend client meetings for both prospective and existing clients, providing ongoing relationship management support Help maintain quality and consistency across the planning team while contributing towards a centre of excellence environment Prepare financial plans using cashflow modelling software and issue client reports following meetings Skills & Experience: Previous experience managing and leading a team in order to achieve business objectives Experience using Voyant and Wealthtrack would be highly advantageous Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to build strong working relationships with Financial Planners and Paraplanners while providing ongoing support High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally Whats on Offer: Excellent salary package with a competitive bonus structure Hybrid and flexible working model (4 days remote / 1 day office-based) 25 days annual leave Employer pension contributions up to 10% Income Protection and Death in Service benefits Employer recognised as a Great Place to Work 2024/2025 and Best Workplace 2025 Benefits: Work From Home
